背景故事
本项目位于天津市宁河区未来科技城京津合作示范区，是未来首都非核心功能疏散平台之一。光年城将被打造成一座绿色生态田园城市，以居住功能为主；中央公园作为生态系统核心部分，旨在提升城市核心区域吸引力，以水系、森林、生物栖息地为主，使这座新城成为回归自然条件最优越的空间。
The project is located in the Beijing-Tianjin Cooperation Demonstration Zone of Future Science and Technology City, Ninghe District, Tianjin, which is one of the non-core functional evacuation platforms of future capital. Light Year City will be built into a green ecological garden city, mainly for residential function; As the core part of the ecosystem, Central Park aims to enhance the attraction of the city"s core area,which is dominated by water system, forest and biological habitat, making the new city the most favorable space for returning to nature.
本项目作为中央公园起步区，考虑到后期与整体公园联动，在生态优先的设计理念下，以提升活力为导向、以人本体验感受为核心，植入自然休闲的活动空间；同时，完善公园配套建筑周边的景观功能，营造一个生态、多元、欢乐的城市公园。
