作为一个五年的医疗科技领域媒体，思宇医械的女性读者约30%，在我们的线下活动中，确实也很少有女性参加。三八节到来，特推出《The Healthcare Technology Report》今年发布的榜单“The Top 25 Women Leaders in Medical Devices of 2022”，供大家了解25位女性高管经历。

女性在哪些细分领域
担任CEO有独特优势？
首先依然是大行业、特别是近年发展快速的细分领域里的企业数量多、高管数量多，女性自然也多些，如IVD、心脑血管、骨科、远程医疗等。
其次，女性似乎更擅长服务类，如检验检测试剂、远程医疗、伤口护理、生命特征监测等。
再次，女性擅长的特定领域，如女性健康、婴儿护理、盆底肌修复等。

女性高管是从哪些部门成长起来的？
如果一定要统计的话，相对于研发、临床等男性占主导的部门，女性更多在法规、质量、项目管理、市场营销、财务、审计等部门成长，作为女性角色，“打辅助”的比例确实更高。

为什么女性显得那么少？
这个原因跟历史、政治、文化都有关系，不在这里分析。
我们想说的是，抛开其他元素，女性只要能做到“像男性”一样自信，愿意为自己积极争取机会，女性中高层的比例一定会进一步提升。
谢丽尔桑德伯格呼吁女性：“要像男性一样，‘坐到谈判桌旁’，争取自己能够胜任的职位。”
