Tao is in the universe, in all things in the universe, and in human lives. As humans, the most important thing for us is to act according to Tao. The concentrated outbreak of disasters reminds us to return to “Tao”.
In the global pandemic, people have settled at home. Cities have grown quiet at night. Perhaps this is the opportunity for our country to reect. The ones who are causing such severe damage to the planet can nally walk on the path of “Tao”, which forbids such destruction.
The locusts are not evil. They are living creatures. They want to stay alive. A virus is not evil. It is a living creature. It wants to stay alive. It does this by spreading from one human to another. Unfortunately, that causes great suffering.
