万物复苏，
阳气生之于根。
根若在足。
足动，腿动，身动，
一切皆因心动。
心之所向，
梦之所往，
身之力行而善道。
人之一念，
可入地狱，
可登极乐。
呼吸之间判阴阳。
阳气出乎于地，
善念发乎于心。
全世界和平，
满天下复兴。

The Revival
All things revive,
As the Yang energy emerges from the roots.
If the root is in the foot,
When the foot moves, the leg moves, the body moves,
Everything depends on the movement of the mind.
Where the mind goes,
The dream follows,
And the body follows the path of goodness.
With one thought, a person can enter hell,
Or ascend to paradise.
Between each breath, the judgment of yin and yang is made.
