Since joining Edwards in 2015, Szyman has brought new technologies to market that impact the lives of millions of patients each year. She initiated a shift in the business from descriptive monitoring products to predictive and AI-driven products and smart recovery technologies that aid clinicians in decision making with the goal of helping patients return home to their families faster.
