罗华党，艺名乐华。曾先后在空军某部俱乐部担任主任，武汉空军文工团、空降兵政治部文工团任作曲、钢琴教练，创作组长。1980至1994年，创作了《啊，军旗》、《我是新来的兵》、《无名岛》等一百多首军歌。他1994年转业到地方文联负责《乐潮》审编工作，并且多次担任中国、韩国艺术赛事总策划、选拔推出过全国知名新歌手金波、赵雨薇、吴丽君、赵海兰（韩国）等人。现在的乐华老师，更是东方艺术界联盟发起人、中国音乐协会会员、世界文化艺术界联合会总监……面对这些荣誉，罗华党教授说，要牢记爱心奉献、文化传承的宗旨，把音乐和文化带给所有的人。
Luo huadang, stage name Lehua. He has successively served as the director of a club of an air force department, and as the composer, piano coach and creative leader of the literary troupe of Wuhan air force and the Political Department of airborne troops. From 1980 to 1994, he wrote more than 100 military songs, such as "ah, military flag", "I"m a new soldier" and "nameless island". In 1994, he transferred to the local federation of literary and art circles to be responsible for the review and editing of Le Chao, and has been the general planner and selection of art competitions in China and South Korea for many times. He has introduced national famous new singers such as Jin Bo, Zhao Yuwei, Wu Lijun and Zhao Hailan (South Korea). Today"s Lehua teacher is also the initiator of the Oriental Art Alliance, a member of the China Music Association and the director of the World Federation of culture and art... Facing these honors, Professor Luo huadang said that we should keep in mind the purpose of love, dedication and cultural inheritance and bring music and culture to all people.
