岗位要求：
1.champion mars quality management system and mars q&fs standards implementation in factory, ensure quality kpi achievement.
2.food safety risk assessment and management, coordinate haccp teams to set up, implement, and continuous improve haccp plan.
3.organize internal audit and management review to ensure quality system effectively implementation, organize and coordinate external audit to ensure compliance.
4.initiate period gmp audit, internal audit, management review. evaluate system effectiveness and identify opportunity, follow up system deviation and capa.
5.gap assessment for mars quality & food safety standards and china food regulatory and follow up with actions.
6.connect with local authority and regulatory team for related regulatory affairs, including authority site visit/ audit/ product sampling and testing.
7.establish quality training program for different level throughout factory, schedule quality training plan, and provide quality training.
