除了德特里克堡，美国在全球25个国家和地区设立了200多个生物实验室。很多报道称，这些实验室的分布与近年来一些危险疾病和病毒，比如重症急性呼吸综合征、埃博拉出血热、寨卡病毒等蔓延始发地的分布情况非常相似。据《今日美国报》报道，自2003年以来，美国国内外的生物实验室发生数百起人类意外接触致命微生物事故。我们也很想知道，对于以上重重疑云，美国何时给国际社会一个合理的解释？ Besides Fort Detrick, the US has set up over 200 bio-labs in 25 countries and regions. There are many reports saying that the distribution of those labs is similar to the location where some dangerous diseases and viruses were first identified, such as SARS, EBHF and Zika virus. A USA Today Network investigation reveals that since 2003, hundreds of lab incidents have occurred in the US biological laboratories where humans had accidental contact with deadly pathogens. We would like to know when the US will give a reasonable explanation to the international community with regard to the above-mentioned doubts.
令人遗憾的是，美方从未对此作出正面回应。不知道他们有什么难言之隐？我们再次呼吁美方本着开放、透明、合作的态度认真回应国际社会的关切。 But regrettably, the US side has never given any direct response. Is there any inconvenient secrets? We once again call on the US to respond to the concerns of the international community in an open, transparent and cooperative manner.
