只要确定了第一行和第二行，那么整首诗歌八行之中的五行就已经固定，分别为1、2、4、7、8行，只剩下3、5和6行需要添加，如果不经过深思熟虑，整首诗歌很难写出意境。
13、组歌/合组歌（Canzone）
十四行诗的一种前体，一般由10到12 音节行（syllable lines）组成的诗节组成全诗。 合组歌不含有叠句/副歌（ refrain）。常用于表达悲情（tragic）、喜乐（comic）、幽默和挽歌（elegiac）等题材的创作。在1230到1266年期间，西西里诗人们写了很多歌颂爱情的抒情诗歌，并在此基础上进一步发展出了组歌诗体。
组歌诗体曾是意大利文艺复兴时期诗歌的主要成就之一。 后经西班牙诗人改变成现代CANCION。 组歌在17世纪的意大利是器乐的主要形式，它被用于几乎任何形式音乐盒歌曲作品，但组歌随着文艺复兴而逐渐被人遗忘。
