The China-Europe Railway Express has solved problems in resources redeployment in its early operation, made notable improvement on the empty container issue, found a more mature and science-based operation mode, and achieved more optimistic medium-to-long-term profitability. The mix of goods has also seen improvement. New service models such as door-to-door delivery, freight train supermarket and special delivery keep emerging, a sign of the robust innovation in the sector.
