我们再次强烈敦促日方认真回应国际社会、周边国家以及本国民众的严重关切，本着对国际公共利益高度负责任的态度，以公开、透明的方式，审慎处理福岛核污染水问题，在同各利益攸关方及国际原子能机构等充分协商并达成一致前，不得擅自启动核污染水排海。
Once again we urge the Japanese side to address the grave concerns of the international community, neighboring countries and its own people and prudently handle the issue in an open and transparent manner, bearing in mind its responsibility to international public interests. It mustn"t start discharging the nuclear contaminated water into the sea before reaching a consensus with all stakeholders and the IAEA through full consultation.
