一是成果多。在疫情蔓延背景下，澜湄六国认真落实第三次领导人会议和第五次外长会共识，抓紧实施《澜湄合作五年行动计划》，大力开展抗疫合作，携手推动经济复苏，不断深化人文交流。澜湄合作保持了高水平发展态势，在各领域取得了积极成果，为促进各国经济发展、改善民生、保护环境、密切人文交流、推进水资源合作和区域经济一体化发挥了重要作用。 First, fruitful outcomes. Against the backdrop of the ongoing epidemic, the six LMC countries have earnestly implemented the consensus reached at the third LMC Leaders" Meeting and the Five-Year Plan of Action on Lancang-Mekong Cooperation, vigorously carried out anti-epidemic cooperation, jointly promoted economic recovery and unremittingly deepened people-to-people and cultural exchanges. The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation has maintained the momentum of high-level development and yielded positive results in various fields. It has played an important role in promoting economic development, improving people"s livelihood, protecting the environment, strengthening people-to-people exchanges, advancing water resources cooperation and regional economic integration.
二是机制实。澜湄六国形成了“发展为先、务实高效、项目为本”的澜湄模式，展现了“天天有进展、年年上台阶”的澜湄速度，培育了“平等相待、真诚互助、亲如一家”的澜湄文化，打造了协同联动的发展格局。澜湄合作专项基金在教育、卫生、妇女、减贫等领域支持了500多个接地气、惠民生的项目。中方贷款支持六国开展了互联互通、机场电站、产业园区等40多个大型基建和产能合作项目。2020年，中国与五国贸易额逆势上扬，达到3229亿美元，农产品贸易额达到240亿美元，同比双双实现约12%的增长。
