华春莹：关于第一个问题，关于第74届世卫大会没有向台湾发出邀请的问题，世界上只有一个中国。台湾地区参与国际组织，包括世卫组织活动，必须按照一个中国原则处理，这也是联合国大会第2758号决议和世卫大会25.1号决议确认的根本原则。2016年台民进党执政以来，顽固坚持“台独”立场，拒不承认两岸同属一个中国，导致中国台湾地区参加世卫大会的政治基础不复存在。台湾地区无法参加世卫大会的局面，是民进党当局造成的，民进党当局对此心知肚明。 Hua Chunying: On your first question regarding Taiwan not receiving an invitation to the 74th session of the WHA. There is only one China in the world. The participation of China"s Taiwan region in activities of international organizations, including the WHO, must be handled in accordance with the one-China principle. This is a key principle established by UNGA Resolution 2758 and WHA Resolution 25.1. The DPP authority, since coming to power in 2016, has been insisting on the "Taiwan-independence" separatist position and refusing to acknowledge that the mainland and Taiwan belong to the same China, which has depleted the political foundation for the region"s participation in the WHA. The DPP authority knows only too well that it caused the current situation where Taiwan couldn"t attend the WHA.
